Do you have a garden?

Yes, we have a large garden that is fully secure.

Do you allow meet and greets?

We are very happy for owners and their animals to come and meet us and see where their beloved animals will be staying.

Can I book my dog in for a trial night?

Yes of course this is a great time to see if our dogs will get along.

Are you fully insured?

Yes we are. Our policy is held with Cliverton.

How can I pay?

We accept cash or bank transfer.

Do you have a resident dog?

Yes, we have a very friendly one year old whippet called Cree. You’ll get to meet him at the meet and greet!

How many times a day do you walk my dog?

We ask all owners to fill in forms all about their dogs, this includes a description of their daily routine. While your dog is staying with us we stick to this routine so your dogs feel as comfortable as possible.

What do I need to bring while my dog is staying with you?

We ask that your bring their food, bowls, bed, toys and their vaccination card.

Does my dog have to be vaccinated?

Yes your dog has to be fully vaccinated, DHLP and Kennel Cough are required. The vaccination card will be inspected on arrival and kept for the duration of the stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is payable to secure your dates.

If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance of your start date, your deposit will be fully refunded.

If you cancel your stay less than 14 days before your start date no refund will be given.

If you cancel 7 days or less before your start date the balance will be due
